Teaching Suggestion: Students may find it beneficial to discuss the question in small groups prior to analyzing as the topics cover the entirety of the book. Consider asking students to consider what Collins means by greatness before asking students to analyze individual questions that contribute to greatness.

Differentiation Suggestion: For students who may benefit from assistance with abstract thinking, students with executive function differences, English Language Learners, or any other students who might benefit from tracking their learnings from the book, consider providing an outline framework and/or graphic organizer for students to fill out (or work in pairs to fill out) after they read each chapter. Students may find it helpful to discuss/compare their outline/graphic organizer additions after each chapter.
